Representative Eddie Bernice Johnson (Democrat - Texas) - Chair of the House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology - saying 2020 Democratic Presidential Candidate Andrew Yang's Universal Basic Income is "an idea we need to entertain." She goes on to discuss how robots and artificial intelligence are changing our economy. Andrew Yang wants to implement the Freedom Dividend, a universal basic income of $1,000/month, $12,000 a year, for every American adult over the age of 18.
